2^nd Degree Computer Criminal Activity;  Theft

Remarks:

On 12/02/2021, a business owner from North Union Avenue contacted the Cranford Police Department after finding fraudulent bank activity on his business account. Subsequent to a lengthy investigation, Detective Robert Jordan charged Willie Harden of Newark NJ, Damian Gonzalez of Elizabeth NJ, and Abdulkadi Chance of Bound Brook NJ with 2^nd Degree Computer Criminal Activity and Theft.  All three were provided Superior Court Appearance Dates.

 

01/04/2023 @ 0011 hours – Centennial Avenue at the Garden State Parkway Southbound Interchange

Arrested:       

Robert Riggi, 30, Winfield NJ

Arrested by:  

Patrolman Christopher Folinusz

Charges:

Possession of CDS Heroin, Possession of CDS Cocaine, Possession of CDS Paraphernalia

Remarks:        

On 01/03/2023 at approximately 0011 hours, police responded to the report of a disabled Black Cadillac near the Garden State Parkway Southbound Interchange at Centennial Avenue.  Subsequent to an investigation, Officer Christopher Folinusz arrested the driver, Robert Riggi of Winfield NJ, for possession of CDS Heroin, possession of CDS Cocaine, and possession of CDS paraphernalia.  Riggi was processed and provided a Superior Court Appearance Date.  In addition, Riggi was issued a motor vehicle summons for possessing CDS in a motor vehicle.

 

01/09/2022 @ 0045 hours – North Union Avenue at Springfield Avenue

Charges:

Driving While Intoxicated

Remarks:

On 01/04/2023 at approximately 0045 hours, police located an occupied 2008 Red Chevrolet parked improperly on North Union Avenue at Springfield Avenue.  Subsequent to an investigation, Officer James Wilson III arrested the driver, Robert McNamara of Cranford NJ, for driving while intoxicated.  McNamara was processed and provided a Municipal Court Appearance Date.  In addition, McNamara was issued motor vehicle summonses for careless driving and driving on sidewalks.

 

01/10/2023 @ 2137 hours – South Avenue West at Elise Street

Rosa Bravo, 55, Garwood NJ

Charges:

Driving While Intoxicated

Remarks :

On 01/10/2023 at approximately 2137 hours, police stopped a 2017 Gray Dodge on South Avenue West for equipment and moving violations.  Subsequent to an investigation, Officer Antonio Bellomo arrested the driver, Rosa Bravo of Garwood NJ, for driving while intoxicated.  Bravo was processed and provided a Municipal Court Appearance Date.  In addition, Bravo was issued motor vehicle summonses for failure to keep right, having an unregistered vehicle, failure to inspect a vehicle, and refusing to submit to breath testing.
