01/11/2025 @ 02:03 hours – North Avenue at Garden State Parkway exchange

Paul Kulbabinski, 24, Wallington, NJ

Charges:             

Driving While Intoxicated

Remarks:

On 01/11/2025 at approximately 02:03 hours, police stopped a 2000 Suburu on North Avenue near the Garden State 137 exchange for delaying traffic.  Subsequent to an investigation, Officer Ricerca arrested the driver, Paul Kulbabinski, 24, Wallington, NJ, for driving while intoxicated. Kulbabinski was processed and provided a municipal court appearance date. In addition, Martel was issued motor vehicle summonses for delaying traffic, unregistered vehicle, and failure to submit breath samples.

 

01/12/2025 @ 00:15 hours – Raritan Road at Coleman Avenue

Miguel Chavez, 35, Roselle, NJ

Charges:             

Possession of CDS- Ecstasy

Remarks:

On 01/12/2025 at approximately 00:15 hours, police stopped a 2009 Cadillac on Raritan Road at Coleman Avenue for failure to signal lane change. After an investigation by Sgt. Ryan Gerrity, the driver, Miguel Chavez, 35, of Roselle, NJ was arrested for Possession of CDS- Ecstasy. Chavez was processed and provided a Superior court appearance date. In addition, Chavez was issued motor vehicle summonses for failing to signal and CDS in a motor vehicle.

 

01/16/2025 @ 14:06 hours – Raritan Road at Moen Avenue

Shemar Wilkerson, 29, Linden, NJ

Charges:             

Possession of CDS-cocaine

Remarks:

On 01/16/2025 at approximately 14:06 hours, police stopped a 2012 Hyundai on Raritan Road at Moen Avenue for the driver and front seat passenger for failing to wear seatbelts. After an investigation by Officer Christopher Gross, the front seat passenger, Shemar Wilkerson, 29, of Linden, NJ was arrested for Possession of CDS- cocaine. The driver was issued a seatbelt summons and released from the scene. Wilkerson was processed and provided a Superior court appearance date. In addition, Wilkerson was issued a motor vehicle summons for failure to wear seatbelt.

 

01/20/2025 @ 23:43 hours – North Avenue at John Street

Arrested:            

Devon Miles, 59, Morristown, NJ

Charges:             

Possession of CDS-cocaine

Remarks:

On 01/20/2025 at approximately 22:43 hours, police stopped a 2006 Honda on North Avenue at John Street for license plate violations. After an investigation by Officer Duffy, the front seat passenger, Devon Miles, 59, of Morristown, NJ was arrested for Possession of CDS- cocaine. Miles was processed and provided a Superior court appearance date.
