Subsequent to an investigation by Detective Handy, the driver, David Perez, 19, Elizabeth, NJ, and passengers Bryan Torres, 18, Roselle, NJ, Justin Rojas, 23, Roselle Park, NJ and a 16-year-old juvenile were all arrested for receiving stolen property.
