Charges: Possession of CDS Heroin, Possession of CDS Paraphernalia, Outstanding Warrant
Remarks: On 03/04/2022 at approximately 1237 hours, police stopped a Tan 2007 Ford on Centennial Avenue at Raritan Road for an equipment violation. Subsequent to an investigation, Patrolman Gregory Federici arrested the driver, Gerald Caesar, for Possession of CDS Heroin and Possession of CDS Paraphernalia. Caesar was also charged for an Outstanding Warrant out of Irvington, NJ. Caesar was processed and provided a Superior Court appearance date. In addition, Caesar was issued motor vehicle summonses for having an unregistered vehicle, driving while suspended, and having CDS in a motor vehicle.

Charges: Driving While Intoxicated, Refusal To Submit To Breath Testing
Remarks: On 03/13/2022 at approximately 0812 hours, police stopped a 2006 Blue Volvo on Centennial Avenue at Hayes Street for driving erratically. Subsequent to an investigation, Patrolman Gregory Federici arrested the driver, Bryan Mendes, for Driving While Intoxicated and Refusal To Submit To Breath Testing and provided a Municipal Court Appearance Date. In addition, Mendes was issued motor vehicle summonses for improper turning, careless driving, and having an obstructed view.

Charges: Distribution of CDS Heroin, Possession of CDS Heroin, Possession of CDS Crack-Cocaine, Possession of CDS Paraphernalia, Outstanding Warrant
Remarks: On 03/20/2022 at approximately 1144 hours, a 2013 Black Hyundai was stopped on Munsee Drive for an equipment violation. Subsequent to an investigation, Patrolman Gregory Federici arrested a passenger, Joseph Proctor, for Distribution of CDS Heroin, Possession of CDS Heroin, Possession of CDS Crack-Cocaine, and Possession of CDS Paraphernalia. Proctor was processed and provided a Superior Court appearance date. Proctor was also charged for an Outstanding Warrant out of Union, NJ. In addition, the driver was issued motor vehicle summonses for driving while suspended, being an unlicensed driver, and having an inoperable brake light.
