The Cranford Police Department and Cranford Policemen’s Benevolent Association have mobilized a collection of supplies to ship to United States Soldiers recently deployed to support NATO Allies during the ongoing crisis in Ukraine.
United States Army Major William Folinusz, a Cranford native and the brother of Cranford Police Officer Christopher Folinusz, was deployed as the Battalion Executive Officer for 3-69 Armor Battalion and is currently serving as the Brigade Executive Officer for 1st Armored Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division for “Operation European Deter, Assist, and Reinforce”. The Brigade has been conducting training to ensure they are prepared to provide security for NATO partners against further Russian aggression.
Items needed include (but are not limited to) protein bars, KIND bars, chips, sealed snacks, sealed cookies, and sunflower seeds.
Donations may be dropped off to the Cranford Police Department until Friday, April 22nd, 2022. All donations will be packaged and shipped the following week. Questions about this drive may be directed to 908-709-4313.
