Cranford Police Arrest Blotter August 2026:

  1. On 08/03/2026 at 8:45 AM, during a motor vehicle stop on North Avenue Officer James Wilson arrested 70-year-old Denise Lematty of Brick, NJ for possession of controlled dangerous substances (CDS). Lematty was released pending a Superior Court date.
  2. On 08/04/2026 at 11:40 PM, during a motor vehicle stop on Myrtle Street, Officer Liam Duffy arrested 44-year-old Marcin Maslag of Garfield and 32-year old Daniel Martinez of Palisades Park, NJ for possession of controlled dangerous substances (CDS). Martinez was issued seven motor vehicle summonses and both were released pending a Superior Court date.
  3. On 08/09/2026 at 10:38 PM, during a motor vehicle stop on Centennial Avenue, Officer Mark Rosado arrested 37-year-old Irving Lira of Linden, NJ for possession of controlled dangerous substances (CDS). Lira was issued five motor vehicle summonses and released pending a Superior Court date.
  4. On 08/10/2026 at 7:34 PM, during a motor vehicle stop on Myrtle Street, Officer Mark Rosado arrested 44-year-old Angel Santiago of Phillipsburg, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated. Santiago was issued five motor vehicle summonses and released pending a Municipal Court date.
  5. On 08/11/2026 at 7:16 PM, during a motor vehicle stop on Raritan Road, Officer Liam Duffy arrested 40-year-old Dalila Velillamartinez of Elizabeth, NJ for possession of controlled dangerous substances (CDS). Velillamartinez was issued two motor vehicle summonses and released pending a Superior Court date.
  6. On 08/12/2026 at 12:50 AM, during a motor vehicle stop on Raritan Road, Officer Mark Rosado arrested 25-year-old Kayvon Branch of Linden, NJ for possession of controlled dangerous substances (CDS). Branch was released pending a Superior Court date.
  7. On 08/13/2026 at 7:20 PM, Officer Zion Hamilton arrested 62-year-old Ronald Warren of Newark, NJ for Shoplifting at a South Avenue business. Warren was released pending a Municipal Court date.
  8. On 08/17/2026 at 12:15 AM, during a motor vehicle stop on North Avenue, Officer Zion Hamilton arrested 40-year-old Arold Aladin of West Orange, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated. Aladin was issued seven motor vehicle summonses and released pending a Municipal Court date.
  9. On 08/19/2026 subsequent to an incident which occurred on 08/18/2026 at 8:45 PM in the Cranford Municipal building, Lieutenant Ryan Gerrity charged 44-year-old Michael Vintzileos of North Plainfield, NJ for disorderly conduct. Vintzileos was issued a Municipal Court date.
  10. On 08/20/2026 at 1:40 AM during a suspicious vehicle investigation on Eastman Street, Officer Matthew Richel arrested 32-year old Nikola Haboj of Cranford, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated. Haboj was issued seven motor vehicle summonses and released pending a Municipal Court date.
  11. On 08/26/2026 at 7:36 PM, during a motor vehicle stop on Centennial Avenue, Officer Rameil King arrested 36-year-old Kevin Landrum of Rahway, NJ for driving while intoxicated. Landrum was issued six motor vehicle summonses and released pending a Municipal Court date.
  12. On 08/29/2026 at 1:37 PM, during a motor vehicle stop on Centennial Avenue, Officer Rameil King arrested 33-year-old Aaron Texidor of Linden, NJ for possession of controlled dangerous substances (CDS). Texidor was issued two motor vehicle summonses and released pending a Superior Court date.
  13. On 08/30/2026 at 3:20 PM, during a motor vehicle stop on Centennial Avenue, Officer Brian Bruns arrested 33-year-old Robert Riggi of Winfield Park, NJ for possession of controlled dangerous substances (CDS). Riggi was released pending a Superior Court date.
