300 Block of North Avenue East
Arrested: Joseph Pentz, 44, Matawan NJ
Arrested by: Patrolman Christopher Folinusz
Charges: Possession of CDS Heroin, Possession of CDS Paraphernalia.
Remarks: On 06/24/2022 at approximately 1818 hours, police stopped a 2021 White Jeep in a business parking lot on the 300 Block of North Avenue East. Subsequent to an investigation, Patrolman Christopher Folinusz arrested the driver, Joseph Pentz, for Possession of CDS Heroin and CDS Paraphernalia. Pentz was processed and provided a Superior Court Appearance Date. In addition, Pentz was issued a summons for possessing CDS in a motor vehicle.

900 Block of Lincoln Avenue East
Arrested: Renato Chunga Palomino, 27, Elizabeth NJ
Arrested by: Patrolman Antonio Bellomo
Charges: Driving While Intoxicated
Remarks: On 06/25/2022 at approximately 0314 hours, police responded to the 900 Block of Lincoln Avenue East on a report of an intoxicated driver. Subsequent to an investigation, Patrolman Antonio Bellomo arrested the driver, Renato Chunga Palomino, for Driving While Intoxicated. He was processed and provided a Municipal Court Appearance Date. In addition, Chunga Palomino was issued motor vehicle summonses for reckless driving, being an unlicensed driver, and failing to exhibit a credential.

Charges: Driving While Intoxicated
Remarks: On 06/25/2022 at approximately 2225 hours, police responded to the area of Kenilworth Boulevard at Nomahegan Court on a report of a motor vehicle accident. Subsequent to an investigation, Patrolman Antonio Bellomo arrested one driver, Emil Osiecki, for Driving While Intoxicated. He was processed and provided a Municipal Court Appearance Date. In addition, Osiecki was issued summonses for reckless driving and leaving the scene of an accident.

Charges: Possession of CDS Heroin, Possession of CDS Cocaine, Possession of CDS Paraphernalia
Remarks: On 07/03/2022 at approximately 1033 hours, police stopped a 2013 Black Cadillac in the area of Jackson Drive and Commerce Drive on an equipment violation. Subsequent to an investigation, Patrolman Gregory Federici arrested the driver, Robert Riggi, for Possession of CDS Heroin, Possession of CDS Cocaine and Possession of CDS Paraphernalia. Riggi was processed and provided a Superior Court Appearance Date. In addition, Riggi was issued motor vehicle summonses for improper safety glass, improper license plate display, and possession of CDS in a motor vehicle.
