08/10/2022 @ 2052 hours – North Avenue East at Arlington Road

Possession of CDS Cocaine, Possession of CDS MDMA, Possession of CDS Paraphernalia
Remarks:
On 08/10/2022 at approximately 2052 hours, a 2003 Beige Ford was stopped on North Avenue at Arlington Road for seatbelt and moving violations. Subsequent to an investigation, Officer Christopher Folinusz arrested the driver, Jennifer Green, and passenger, Kenneth Harrison, for Possession of CDS Cocaine, Possession of CDS MDMA and Possession of CDS Paraphernalia. Green and Harrison were processed and provided a Superior Court Appearance Date. In addition, Green was issued motor vehicle summonses for failure to maintain lane, failure to wear a seatbelt, failure to yield to the right of way at intersections, and possession of CDS in a motor vehicle.
09/03/2022 @ 0340 hours – North Avenue at the Garden State Parkway Interchange

Remarks:
On 09/03/2022 at approximately 0340 hours, police stopped a 2014 Black Toyota on North Avenue East at the Garden State Parkway Northbound Entrance for multiple moving violations. Subsequent to an investigation, Officer James T. Wilson III arrested the driver, Jessica Lutkenhouse, for being under the influence of a controlled dangerous substance and driving while intoxicated. Lutkenhouse was processed and provided a Municipal Court Appearance Date. In addition, she was issued motor vehicle summonses for failure to observe a traffic control device, failure to use lamps when required, unsafe lane change, and failure to give proper signal.

Remarks:
On 09/28/2022 at approximately 0210 hours, police investigated an occupied 2003 Beige Toyota stopped on the 100 Block of Retford Avenue. Subsequent to an investigation, Officer Antonio Bellomo arrested the driver, Frank Pergola, for Driving While Intoxicated. Pergola was processed and provided a Municipal Court Appearance Date.
