North Avenue East at North Union Avenue
Arrested: Tyler Sheets, 22, Cranford
Arrested by: Patrolman Courtney Holder
Charges: Driving While Intoxicated
Remarks: On 11/16/2021 at approximately 0400 hours, police units were dispatched to the intersection of North Avenue East at North Union Avenue on the report of a vehicle stopped in the intersection for a prolonged period of time. Subsequent to an investigation, Patrolman Courtney Holder arrested Tyler Sheets for driving while intoxicated. Sheets was processed and provided a Municipal Court appearance date. In addition, Sheets was issued motor vehicle summonses for delaying traffic, careless driving and reckless driving.

Arrested by: Detective Robert Jordan
Charges: Criminal Mischief
Remarks: On 10/27/2021 at approximately 1157 hours, police were dispatched to Oak Lane on a report of criminal mischief. Subsequent to an investigation conducted by the Detective Bureau, on 11/19/2021 Detective Robert Jordan charged Mark Bosch with criminal mischief. Bosch was processed and provided a Superior Court appearance date.

500 Block of North Avenue East
Arrested: Christopher Sievers, 37, Roselle Park
Arrested by: Patrolman Christopher Folinusz
Charges: Possession of CDS; Possession of CDS Paraphernalia
Remarks: On 11/20/2021 at approximately 0028 hours, a 2000 White Ford was stopped on the 500 Block of North Avenue East. Subsequent to a brief investigation, Patrolman Christopher Folinusz arrested the driver, Christopher Sievers, for possession of CDS crack-cocaine and possession of CDS paraphernalia. Sievers was processed and provided a Superior Court appearance date. In addition, Sievers was issued motor vehicle summonses for having an unregistered motor vehicle and possession of CDS in a motor vehicle.

200 Block of South Avenue East
Arrested: Owen Ballweg, 20, Point Pleasant
Arrested by: Patrolman Christian Pasternak
Charges: Aggravated Assault
Remarks: On 11/20/2021 at approximately 0203 hours, police units were dispatched to a business on the 200 block of South Avenue East on the report of a fight in progress. Subsequent to an investigation conducted by the Patrol Division and Detective Bureau, Patrolman Christian Pasternak arrested Owen Ballweg for aggravated assault. Ballweg was processed and provided a Superior Court appearance date.

Centennial Avenue at McClellen Street
Arrested: Jason Wiseman, 45, Cranford
Arrested by: Patrolman Brian Trotter
Charges: Driving While Intoxicated
Remarks: On 11/25/2021 at approximately 0616 hours, police units were dispatched to a motor vehicle accident at the intersection of Centennial Avenue at McClellen Street. Subsequent to a brief investigation, Patrolman Brian Trotter arrested one driver, Jason Wiseman, for driving while intoxicated. Wiseman was processed and provided a Municipal Court appearance date.

Myrtle Street at Park Street
Arrested : Ashley Medina, 21, New Brunswick
Arrested by: Patrolman Nelson Hearns, Jr.
Charges: Driving While Intoxicated
Remarks: On 11/25/2021 at approximately 0627 hours, police units were dispatched to Myrtle Street on a report of a black vehicle in the middle of the roadway. Subsequent to a brief investigation, Patrolman Nelson Hearns arrested Ashley Medina for driving while intoxicated. Medina was processed and provided a Municipal Court appearance date. In addition, Medina was issued a motor vehicle summons for double parking.
