Strong wind gusts and rain are expected late today into tonight as a low pressure system approaches from the west. A secondary low develops over the area on Saturday and brings a second round of rain, especially for eastern sections (LI/CT) late Saturday and Saturday evening. Coastal Flood Advisories are in effect for parts of the south shore of Long Island for this afternoon / this evening, and for tomorrow morning's high tide.
