BYRON TOWNSHIP, Mich:   Today at approximately 3:00 p.m. a masked man entered the Lake Michigan Credit Union at 675 68th St SW and threatened tellers while implying he had a weapon.  The subject made off with an undisclosed amount of money and fled in a gold or tan sedan, possibly an early 2000's Ford Taurus, toward Clyde Park Ave.  

Witnesses describe the suspect as a black male with a short stocky build wearing sunglasses and covering his face with a red bandana.  Deputies are on scene working in conjunction with the FBI as this investigation ongoing and active.  Anyone with information is encouraged to contact Silent Observer at 616-774-2345 or the Kent County Sheriff's Office at 616-632-6125.
