Incident Type: KCSO Events Cancelled due to COVID-19

Following the recommendation from the Governor’s Office and health officials, we are cancelling all KCSO-sponsored events effectively immediately through April 1. This decision was made to safeguard the health and well-being of our citizens and staff. 

In the meantime, it’s important that we have a platform to continue communication with you. Our Community Policing Officers will be available through our mobile app to keep you updated on what’s happening in your neighborhood. As always, we encourage you to connect with us through our mobile app and other social media platforms. 

To remind you, the Kent County Health Department (KCHD) has started a series of videos on Facebook and YouTube which regularly and openly discuss information pertaining to COVID-19. Please share the below link with your friends and family and “like” the KCHD for up-to-date information.
