In collaboration with the West Michigan Church Security Network (WMCSN) and Cornerstone Church, the Kent County Sheriff's Office is hosting a Church Safety and Security Seminar on 10/16/2021 from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

The seminar will feature presentations on various topics, including open and concealed carry, situational awareness, responding to an active shooter, basic emergency medical care, and domestic violence awareness. After lunch provided by the WMCSN, attendees will participate in scenario-based break-out sessions centered around the morning's presentations.
