PLAINFIELD TOWNSHIP, Mich:  Just before 11:00 AM this morning two vehicles collided at the intersection of N Division & 7 Mile Rd which resulted in the death of an 86-year-old Comstock Park man.  An 18-year-old female from Sparta was traveling northbound in a Jeep on N Division Ave and ran the stop sign, striking the 86-year-old's Dodge Ram.  Both drivers were transported to an area hospital, however, the 86-year-old man passed away at the hospital.  The KCSO Traffic Safety Unit is continuing the investigation.
