ALGOMA TOWNSHIP, Mich:  Just before 3:00pm deputies responded to report of shots fired in the 4000 Block of Virgo St NE.  The initial invesitgation revealed that a dispute broke out between two individuals and ended with gunshots being fired at a home.  It is believed that those involved are known to one another and the shooter is in custody. There is no ongoing threat to the immediate community.  No injuries were sustained and only property damage to the home caused by the gunfire.  Investigators are still on scene trying to learn more about what led up to the incident.
