TYRONE TOWNSHIP, Mich:  At 9:00 AM this morning KCSO was called to 14101 Sparta Ave NW for the report of a stabbing.  A 30-year-old male from Tyron Township had been stabbed in the stomach at an address nearby.  The suspect, a 19-year-old Tyrone Township man, had also stolen a red Jeep close to the scene.  At 9:30 AM deputies responded to N Division Ave near Solon St where three bystanders were holding down a man acting erratically near a red Jeep.  There, deputies took custody of the 19-year-old suspect.  

The victim and suspect and known to each other and drugs appear to be a factor.  The victim is in stable condition at an area hospital and the incident is still under investigation.
