The Kent County Correctional Facility recently replaced its current video visiting provider with ICSolutions. Starting 11/05/2020, all video visiting will be temporarily unavailable. The expected start date with ICSolutions is 11/10/2020. Professional and personal visitors will need to register through ICSolutions’ website once that option becomes available. Registration and visit scheduling (for 11/10/2020 and after) is anticipated to open up on 11/08/2020, however, that information will be posted on their website once the date is confirmed.
