As of 06/01/2020, the Kent County Sheriff's Office Records Unit will be conducting the following services by appointment-only on Monday through Friday 8:20 am through 3:30 pm at our main office (701 Ball Ave NE Grand Rapids, MI 49503):
Fingerprinting
Sex offender registration
Firearm purchase permit

The health of our staff and residents is our top priority. For this reason, our staff will be conducting daily entry screening for all visitors. The screening will include temperature checks with no-touch thermometers and a health check questionnaire. Additionally, you will be required to wear a mask during all appointments. We kindly ask that you not enter the building if you are or have recently been sick.
