GAINES TOWNSHIP, Mich:  Two 18-year-olds from Grand Rapids were arraigned in 63rd District Court today on charges of Carrying a Concealed Weapon, and Weapon Free School Zones - general felony violation.  Shaakir Abdulwahab and Jacqui Hill were given a $100,000 bond and are in custody at the Kent County Correctional Facility.
