UPDATE: As of 12:30AM on 5/11/2022, AT&T indicated the landlines have been restored 

KENT COUNTY, Mich:  AT&T is reporting that landline telephone users in Cedar Springs, with the telephone prefix "616-696-XXXX", are unable to place outgoing calls, including calls to 911.  If you have an emergency, utilize a cell phone to dial 911 and provide the dispatcher with your exact location.  For non-emergencies you can contact the KCSO at 616.336.3113.

The KCSO will provide an update when we learn of a restoration plan from AT&T
