LOWELL TOWNSHIP, Mich:  Yesterday afternoon this man placed a phone under the door of a changing room at the Goodwill store along E Fulton St while a 19-year-old & 20-year-old female were inside.  The KCSO is seeking the public's help in identifying him.  The man arrived and left in a white sedan which is also pictured.
