UPDATE on 06/26/2020 at 1:00 AM: Phyllis was located after being involved in a wrong-way accident on US-131 near Wyoming. No one involved, including Phyllis, was injured. As a precaution, Phyllis was transported to the hospital where she was reunited with family members. The accident was investigated by the Michigan State Police.

UPDATE on 06/26/2020 at 12:30 AM: Phyllis has been located and her family has been notified. We will provide additional details as they become available to us. 

ADA Township, Kent County: Officers from the Kent County Sheriff's Office searching for missing endangered 84-year old female. 

The Kent County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing endangered 84-year-old female, Phyllis Jean Wolbert. Phyllis has dementia and is diabetic. She does not have her medications with her.

Phyllis was last seen in Ada, Michigan at approximately 5:30 PM on June 25, 2020. She is likely driving a light blue 2008 Honda CRV. The vehicle’s license plate is A13RC (Michigan license plate).

Phyllis is described as a white female with gray hair and brown eyes. She is approximately 5'3" tall and 98lbs. She may be wearing a white shirt and blue pants.
