CANNON TOWNSHIP, Mich. (Jan. 12, 2021) – On 01/11/2021 at 9:45 PM, deputies from the Kent County Sheriff’s Office responded to a single vehicle fatal accident on Archway Dr NE near Myers Lake Ave NE in Cannon Township.

An eastbound passenger vehicle, driven by a 40-year-old female from Greenville, left the roadway and struck a tree. The driver, and sole occupant of the vehicle, was pronounced dead at the scene.

The accident remains under investigation to determine whether alcohol or speed contributed to the crash.
