On October 25, 2025, at approximately 4:30 AM, members of the Medicine Hat Police Service responded to a report of suspicious activity near the 3000 block of Dunmore Road SE. According to the information received, two individuals were observed climbing a fence to enter a construction site compound.

A 50-year-old female and a 51-year-old female, both residents of Medicine Hat, were located inside the compound and arrested. The suspects were found in possession of tools identified as stolen from the site.

Both individuals have been charged with Break and Enter to Commit Theft. Their first appearance is Medicine Hat Court of Justice is scheduled for November 25, 2025.
