The Medicine Hat Police Service can confirm that Levi Chudyk, who was wanted on outstanding warrants in connection with an ongoing investigation, was arrested by the Calgary Police Service on the evening of August 13, 2026.

Chudyk was taken into custody on the outstanding Medicine Hat warrants and will be dealt with through the judicial process. His arrest follows the July 31, 2026, arrest of Robert Bourassa by the Calgary Police Service. Bourassa was subsequently remanded into custody.

With the arrest of Chudyk, both individuals previously sought in connection with this investigation are now in custody. The MHPS thanks the Calgary Police Service for their assistance in locating and arresting both individuals. MHPS also thanks members of the public who provided information and assisted with efforts to locate the accused.

As this matter is now before the courts, no further information will be released at this time.
