The Medicine Hat Police Service will be conducting an over dimensional load escort on April 7, 2025, starting at 10:00 am.  The over dimensional load will be starting at 2230 9 Ave SW to 4990 Box Springs Road NW. Traffic will be affected in both the East and West bound lanes on highway #1, the SW industrial Area, Broadway Ave. NW and Box Springs Road NW due to counterflowing of the over dimensional load.  Please avoid these areas if possible and arrange to take alternate routes, please be patient and follow all police/pilot vehicle directions.
