On September 10, 2024, at approximately 6:05pm, Naples Police Officers responded to the City of Naples Pier, after receiving multiple reports of a male subject exposing his sexual organs.

Upon arrival, officers were met by multiple eye-witness reporters who immediately identified the suspect in question. Officers promptly contacted Jonhley Saint Juste, a 28-year-old resident of unincorporated Collier County, and detained him for further investigative purposes.

Officers and detectives received sworn complaints from seven (7) separate victims, all of whom identified Saint Juste as the individual who exposed his sexual organs and continuously masturbated in view of all parties. An additional two (2) other victims were juveniles aged 9 and 10.

Following receipt of the corroborated eye-witness accounts, NPD detectives placed Saint Juste under arrest for Lewd or Lascivious Conduct and Exposure of Sexual Organs.
