UPDATE: Jason was reportedly seen north of the Kathryn sign on Hwy 1 around 1230hrs sitting in the ditch.  He was seen holding two black bags, water bottle, wearing black shirt, and dark sweatpants. 

**MISSING PERSON**

Jason Anthony Osborn (48 years of age)

Height: 6ft

Weight: 172lbs

Eyes: Green

Jason Osborn of Aberdeen, SD, was last seen getting a newspaper from the front desk at the Harvest Inn motel in Oakes on July 30th around 1200hrs. Jason was formerly a resident of Oakes. Through our investigation it is believed that Jason left the hotel on foot to an unknown location. Jason did not tell anyone where he was leaving to. Jason left his phone, vehicle, and other personal belongings at the motel. Multiple law enforcement agencies have attempted to locate him in Oakes and surrounding agencies.

Jason is off his medications and said to be very mentally unstable. The police department and family are concerned for his safety.
