SNOW EMERGENCY ROUTES

3.0215 Snow Emergency Routes

Each year from November 1st to April 15th the following streets will be designated as Emergency Snow Routes. During those months there will be No Parking from 2:00 am to 6:00 am on the designated streets and avenues:

1. 7th Street (ND Hwy 1)

2. 2nd Street South from Main Avenue to Nectarine Avenue

3. Grape Avenue from 7th Street to 10th Street

4. Main Avenue from 2nd Street to 10th Street

5. Ivy Avenue from 4th Street to 10th Street

PENALTY:

The owner of any truck, pickup, automobile, machinery or any other vehicle or equipment, violating Section 3.0215 shall be subject to the following fines:

First offense each snow season $30.00

Second and each subsequent offense each snow season $50.00

Snow season for Section 3.0215 shall be defined as November 1st of each year and ending April 15th of the subsequent year.
