Today is National Missing person day.

Across the country, approximately 2,300 people go missing each day. In addition to the above figures, 29,758 of the incidents involved teenagers aged 18 or younger. National Missing Persons Day, therefore, aims at raising awareness about all the missing person cases that still lay unsolved and subsequently urges and encourages citizens to be on the lookout for missing people, to share their names and photos, and to return them to their families. Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigations this past year (2021) dedicated a statewide website registry of all the missing person cases active in the State of Wyoming. Sublette County currently has three of those active cases;

Kimberly Kay Novak, age 32, was last seen on July 3, 1990

Tracy Jensen, age 24, was last seen on February 11, 1999

Vanessa Sue Orren, age 57, was last seen on March 1, 2016

Please continue to share and watch for missing persons and help bring them home to their families
