Have you been locking up your valuables?
The SCSO has had a stint of recent thefts reported in Sublette County. Many of these were unsecured items, purses, and cash left in vehicles to name a few!
You should ALWAYS lock your valuables to protect yourself and the items you work so hard for.
-Lock your home at night, during the day while at work, and even when at home
-Lock your vehicle always when not currently inside. Secure cash, wallets, purses, and other valuable items with you or in the console so that it isn't visible to possible thieves.
-Lock up expensive items and toys such as Bikes, ATV's, outdoor recreation equipment, and anything else that can be easily taken from your driveway and or yards.
Make sure you are taking steps to protect yourself and report any suspicious activity to our office 367-4378.
