Today is International Check your Wipers day! Invented back in 1902, by Mary Anderson while riding in a streetcar in New York, the windshield wiper is part of everyday driving safely that can easily be overlooked. Visibility is an important factor in driving in poor weather conditions like rain, snow and ice. This time of year especially not having a clean windshield with snow and ice can be hazardous. Check your wipers today! Recommendations are to replace them every 6-12 months depending on wear and tear. Some other good times to plan to check them are:
-During an oil change.
-When you fill gas.
-After a car wash.
-Before a road trip.
-At the start of winter and spring seasons.
Travel safe Sublette County!
