(Pinedale, Wyo – Tuesday, August 30^th, 2022) Fremont Lake search for missing local “Rick” De Ruiter Zylker update #3.

Day six in to the search for a missing Pinedale man, Rick De Ruiter Zylker, and still no sign. Tip Top Search and Rescue boat “Closure” completed scanning the initial search box, and started a second search box further to the north of Moosehead Bay. So far, the search area has covered over 18 acres of Fremont Lake in and around the Moosehead Bay area. A screen shot of the search area shows the tracks the boat has covered. Each color representing a different day. A witness who was operating the boat the day the incident occurred, agreed to come back out on the tri-toon in an attempt to retrace the boats tracks. Frustration was evident with the crew after docking the boats this evening, but efforts will continue through the week, again, focusing on the rock outcroppings and boulder fields.
