On Monday, August 24, 2020, at approximately 4:30 p.m., an officer took a report of an alleged complaint of child abuse of a 2 year old child at the Early Learning Center located at 9921 Hwy. 107.  As a result of the intial report, our detectives conducted a thorough investigation and issued an arrest warrant on October 15, 2020 for Kimberly Havniear, 59 of Jacksonville. Havniear turned herself in on October 16, 2020 and was charged with Battery 2nd degree Felony.
