Westchester County Police conducted a death investigation in Mount Kisco last night and overnight after a man was found deceased in a car on Maple Avenue. The circumstances of the death are not considered suspicious at this time.

About 8 p.m. last night, County Police were requested to conduct a welfare check on a man who was either asleep or in need of medical assistance in a vehicle parked in the lot at 55 Maple Avenue. The male who is in his 50s was found to be unresponsive by Patrol officers. He was formally pronounced deceased by a paramedic from Westchester EMS.

His identity is being withheld at this time pending notification to family members
