Congratulations to the WCPD’s two newest lieutenants and three newest sergeants who were promoted today at a ceremony at the Police Academy!

Lieutenants Michael Hagan and Andrew McNulty were promoted from the rank of sergeant, and Sergeants Niall Nerney, Alberto Ramos and Matthew Rokicki were promoted from the rank of police officer.

Commissioner Terrance Raynor swore these five outstanding professionals into their new ranks before a crowd of family members and fellow WCPD officers. We are grateful to County Executive George Latimer and Deputy County Executive Ken Jenkins for being on hand to congratulate our promoted members and wish them continued success.
