Hail to the chief! And congrats to our two newest sergeants!

At a Police Academy ceremony this morning, James Luciano was promoted from captain to chief inspector – the top uniformed rank in the WCPD. Chief Luciano is a 33-year veteran of our Department and is currently the commanding officer of the Special Operations Division.

Our newest sergeants are Evan Murtaugh and Michael McAllister. They are assigned to the Patrol Services Division and will be our newest Patrol supervisors.
