On Thursday, 4/24/25, the Naples Police Department (NPD) Special Investigations Unit (SIU), with the assistance of the Collier County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO) Special Response Bureau (SRB), served consecutive search warrants at two locations in the 500 block of 13th Street North, within the Riverpark East Community. During the execution of the search warrants, Special Investigations Unit detectives located the following contraband items:
• 335 grams of Heroin
• 6 grams of powder Cocaine
• 6 grams of Crack Cocaine
• 4 Rifles
• 5 Handguns & Ammunition
• Narcotics Paraphernalia

In both residences searched, evidence was located that indicated they were being utilized to manufacture & possess illicit narcotics with the intent to distribute them throughout the community. As a result, Jordan Dunnbacke, Joylan Salters, Brandon Perry, & Martha Wright were arrested by detectives on a host of narcotics related charges including possession, possession with intent to distribute, & possession of narcotic paraphernalia. Cadwaller Martin was arrested for charges related to the possession of firearms & ammunition by a previously convicted felon. As there were several children located within the residences, detectives contacted the Department of Children and Families who responded to the location & ultimately took custody of all the children present.
