ARREST: OCCUPIED BURGLARY WITH AN ASSAULT OR BATTERY

On October 17, 2024, Andrew Bolden, 21 years old, a resident of unincorporated Collier County, was arrested on charges associated with a disturbance that occurred in the River Park East community. During the investigation, it was discovered that Bolden, an acquaintance of the victim, drove to the victim’s house, entered a vehicle in the driveway occupied by the victim, and began battering him. Bolden then forcefully removed the victim from the vehicle and continued to attack him in the front yard of the house before fleeing in his vehicle upon learning the Naples Police Department had been called. Bolden was located at his residence by Collier County Sheriff’s Office Deputies where he was arrested and transported to the Naples Jail Center based on the probable cause established by Naples Police Officers. Bolden was Charged with Occupied Burglary with an Assault or Battery, a 1st degree felony.
