As National Public Safety Telecommunicators (NPSTW) week kicks off, we would like to honor & thank all of our rock star dispatchers who work around the clock 24/7, 365 days a year, answering calls for those in distress & in need of help. They are truly unsung heroes of public safety and are the most important people that you never see.

We currently have 11 Public Safety Telecommunicators (a.k.a. dispatchers) proudly serving the City of Naples, taking calls and dispatching for both Naples Police and Naples Fire-Rescue. They all do a remarkable job & should be commended for their hard work while keeping calm during emergency situations & properly dispatching resources – ultimately saving lives.
